  • In-store Payment

Payment must be completed before or upon collection of goods.

We reserve the right to cancel an unconfirmed order if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe.


4. Reservations and Order Collection

If reserving a product, you may be required to provide contact details to confirm your reservation.

Orders and reservations must be collected in-store at the address provided.

We may cancel uncollected orders after a reasonable period of time.


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return and refund policy is governed by Portuguese and EU consumer protection regulations.

In summary:

  • Customers have 14 days from purchase/collection to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
  • Personalized or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Refunds are issued by the original payment method (bank transfer or in-store refund).

6. Warranty and Defective Goods

Under applicable EU and Portuguese law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are defective or not as described.
