By completing a purchase with ZIMBORA!, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Store Pickup and Order Collection
ZIMBORA! does not provide shipping or delivery services.
All orders must be collected in-store at the address above.
Your right to return or withdraw begins on the day of purchase or pickup.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Under applicable consumer protection laws in Portugal and the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the goods are collected.
To exercise this right, the customer must provide a clear written request via email to info@zimbora.shop before the 14-day period expires.
Returned items must:
- Be in unused and resellable condition
- Include all original labels, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Failure to meet the requirements above may result in a refusal of the return or a partial refund.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods directly to the store.
3. Exclusions from Returns
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Personalized or custom items
- Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and were unsealed after purchase
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items sold as clearance or marked as final sale
4. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If an item is found to be defective or not as described, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Portuguese and EU consumer law.
The defect must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
Customers may be required to present proof of purchase.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued after the returned goods have been inspected and verified as compliant with this policy.
Refund method:
- If payment was made in-store, the refund will be issued in-store
- If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the original payment account
Refund processing time is generally 7–14 business days after approval.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted under the same conditions as returns, subject to stock availability.
Exchanges for different items or sizes may require paying or refunding price differences.
7. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt, invoice, or purchase confirmation must be presented to process:

- Exchanges
- Warranty claims
If proof of purchase is not available, ZIMBORA! reserves the right to refuse the request.
