Orders and reservations must be collected in-store at the address provided.
We may cancel uncollected orders after a reasonable period of time.

In summary:
- Customers have 14 days from purchase/collection to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
- Personalized or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
